Each Thursday we have reserved a space just for the teens (grades 6-12).
The Atkinson Room (also known as the Teen Room) will be a place you can hang out and study. Register on Thursday nights (excluding vacation weeks) for one on one attention with the teen librarian from 6:30-7:30pm, or just come in to a different environment from your home that will have less distractions and study solo. Bring your library card and borrow a laptop or use one of the public access computers.
Are you tired of the same old competition at your house? Come in on Friday from 12:15-5:00pm for an open time of playing. Invite your friends. Some teenagers will manage the games. We have a variety to choose from. Wii Vacation is open to youth in grades 1 and up.
