Move, lift, tone, strengthen, sweat!
You won’t even realize your working out with this strength training workout. We’ll use light weights, lots of repetitions, and movement set to music you will recognize. Bring your friends along if you like for a workout that will get your muscles ready for all those summer sports and activities.
