April Staycation Events 4/22-4/29

Mon. April 24th  10:30 -11:00am: Travel Musically Around the World. Kids ages 0-6 will be exposed to different languages through music.

Mon. April 24th 2:30-4:30pm: Kids Knit-a-Bit. Pre-registered youth ages 9-19 are learning to knit! *

Mon. April 24th 6:30-7:30pm: Mr. Recycle Head Man. Kids in grades K-5 can make a fun character out of a cleaned can they bring from home.

Tues. April 25th 10:30am-12:30pm: Check Out This Daffodil Craft. Kids Aged 2 to Grade 3 can drop in anytime during the session to make a flower to take home for their table or room.

Tues. April 25th 6:30pm T/ween Cupcake Wars.  Youth in grades 4-12 compete for sweet fun!

 

Wed. April 26th 6:30-7:30 pm: Fun with Apps. Kids in grades 4-6 combine popular apps with books, reading, and fun in the library.

Thus. April 27th 2:30-5:30pm: Afternoon of Art with Food Drop In. Kids ages 3-13 drop into create some art from food for a little or a long time.

 

Fri. April 28th 10:30 am- 2:30 pm: Where’s Waldo Drop In. Register kids aged 3 and above to have fun finding Waldo in books, around the library, and in their own artwork.

Saturday April 29th 11:30-12:30: Teddy Bear Picnic. All ages welcome to join us with a bagged lunch, a blanket and a favorite stuffed bear to meet, greet, dance and take pictures with our Teddy Bear!
